Kevin Foley (’76) for his numerous achievements in cross country and track during the mid-1970s. Edinboro’s first NCAA All-American in cross country, Foley was a three-time All-American and two-time PSAC individual champion. Led Scots to national championship in 1975 and 1976. Named Most Valuable Trackman in state for the 1975 season
