Frank Smith (’69) for his prolific scoring talents as one of the top offensive players in Edinboro'sbasketball history. Recognized for his most points in a single game (54) record and his backtoback selection as a collegiate basketball All-American. He helped lead Edinboro to its first and only Pennsylvania Conference basketball championship.
