Mike S. Zafirovski Sports and Recreation Dome

Dome

On November 30, 2009, the Mike S. Zafirovski Sports and Recreation Dome had its grand opening. Named after former Edinboro swimmer and soccer player, the Zafirovski Dome is the largest air-supplied facility in the tri-state area at over 85,000 square feet. The facility has a six-lane 230 meter indoor track as well as four multi-purpose courts. The women's indoor track team calls the Zafirovski Dome home for its track meets. For the past three years, the dome has served as the host site for the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships and will again in 2013. The Zafirovski Dome is used for practices for all of Edinboro's varsity teams and is available for all students to use for recreation.
