Enters his second year as the starter at 174 lbs. after previoulsy filling in at 165 and 174 lbs... had a solid year in first season as a starter and head coach Tim Flynn predicts he will surprise a lot of people with his improvement this year ... wrestling with more confidence ... Flynn is looking for him to step up as a senior … in fifth year with program, sitting out his first campaign.

2010-11
Took over as the starter at 174 lbs. and ended the year with a 17-18 record, three times as many wins as he had his previous two years combined ... was 10-10 in dual matches, and overall had two pins, a technical fall and a major decision ... placed fourth at EWL Tournament, including a fall at 2:14 over Steve Cressley of Pittsburgh ... suffered a 3-2 loss to Mike Khoury of Lock Haven in the third place match ... came in fifth at the PSAC Championships, going 3-2 ... earned fifth place with 6-5 decision over Jeff Jacobs of East Stroudsburg.

2009-10
Had a 1-9 record while filling in at times for injured starter Jarrod King at 165 lbs… went 0-4 in dual matches … lone win was a 4-3 decision over Rutgers’ Matt Rigogliosa in the Oklahoma Gold Classic.

2008-09
Finished with a 4-10 record, filling in for Jarrod King at 165 lbs. when he was out with an injury ... went 0-6 in dual matches, but had the misfortune of facing three nationally-ranked wrestlers ... went 3-2 at Nittany Lion Open, with first career win a 6-1 decision over Binghamton’s Mike Digiorgio.

A three-year starter at Warren Hills High School, where he was a district and regional champion as a senior ... a two-time first team All-Jersey selection, as a sophomore and senior, and was a second team choice as a junior ... had a 91-27 career record ... finished 37-4 as a senior at 160 lbs., with 21 pins ... was a New Jersey state quarterfinalist ... had a 29-9 record as a junior while competing at 145 lbs... in 2004-05, finished with a 21-11 record ... also competed in soccer and cross country.
