2012: Was a two-way performer, seeing action both at defensive back and wide receiver … made three starts at defensive back and one at wide receiver … ended the year ranking sixth in receptions with 20 for 276 yards, a 13.8 yard average, and 2 TDs, along with recording 31 tackles, with two tackles for losses and two passes broken up, on the defensive side of the ball … had season-high 6 receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown while making first career start at wide receiver at Bloomsburg … played key role in overtime win at LIU Post with 4 catches for 123 yards, including a 68-yarder, while adding 6 tackles and a pass breakup on defense … hauled in a 41-yard Hail Mary in the final seconds that set up the tying touchdown to send the game into overtime … finished with career-high 9 tackles against Kutztown with a tackle for a loss … added 8 stops vs. Slippery Rock.

2011: Served as nickel back and ended up starting seven games while appearing in all 11 contests … named the Freshman of the Year … totaled 35 tackles, including 23 solo, with 3.5 tackles for losses of 24 yards and 1.5 sacks … had three interceptions and broke up five passes, along with recovering a fumble and forcing a fumble … had season-high 8 tackles in finale at East Stroudsburg … recorded interception in first career game against West Liberty, adding 7 tackles and a half sack … returned a fumble 49 yards for a touchdown at Mercyhurst, adding an interception.

HIGH SCHOOL: Enjoyed outstanding career at Perry Traditional Academy, where he was a three-year starter in football … as a senior helped the Commodores to an 11-2 record and the Pittsburgh City League AAAA championship with 32-0 win over Brashear in title game … Perry lost to State College, 35-26, in PIAA playoffs … caught 48 passes for 750 yards and 11 TDs as a senior, adding six interceptions at defensive back … earned Pittsburgh Post-Gazette first team All-City League honors as a senior on offense and was a second team choice on defense … an honorable mention All-City pick as a junior … named to Fab 22 North Edition Team … also a two-year starter in basketball and baseball.
