EDINBORO, Pa. (Oct. 24, 2014) -- Edinboro student-athletes are once again taking part in the Read to Compete Program. So far members of three teams have visited Edinboro Elementary School to read to the children and also talk about their experiences as student-athletes. The visits began with four members of the men's and women's tennis teams getting the program started, along with head coach Lee Underwood. They included Matias Aignasse, Juan Estepa and Katie Allen. A week ago four members of the women's soccer team read to the fourth graders. They included Meghan Kelly, Allyson Overly, Ashley DeVito, and Mia Haslage. This morning Brianna Gardner, Challen Litwiler, and Victoria Maxin from the volleyball team continued the program, joined by head coach Missy Soboleski.
